Each position has been like playing a different position on a sports team, requiring adaptability, skill, and a deep understanding of the game's dynamics.

Just as a coach leads a team to success, I have guided teams and projects through various challenges and opportunities. My experience spans implementing innovative technologies, managing operational efficiencies, and driving customer satisfaction, all with the goal of achieving the best results for the organizations I've been part of.

My personal life, especially being a father, has greatly influenced my professional journey. It has taught me the importance of teamwork, resilience, and setting an example. These values have been integral to my leadership style and my ability to inspire and motivate teams.

My most cherished and accomplished title is that of "Dad." Beyond the professional sphere, I find immense fulfillment in spending quality time with my family and taking on the role of coach and biggest fan, especially when watching my boys excel in sports – my true happy place is on the field!
